Edie Spaulding has been in real estate sales since November 1987.  I has achieved Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Designations, plus numerous real estate related classes.

Prior to her career in real estate, Edie worked for Morse Industrial for over 14 years after moving back home from Charolettsville, Virgina

She is a native of the Ithaca area and enjoys all that the region has to offer. Edie especially enjoys the countryside, the changing of seasons, the area’s cultural diversity and educational opportunities, and the various communities.

 My husband, Bob, retired from Cornell University and now works with Edie as a husband and wife team as an  Associate Broker with Realty USA.

In my leisure time, she enjoys drawing with pastels, riding my Harley Road King motorcycle, fishing and participating in youth activities. I currently volunteer as a driver for Slaterville Ambulance and Tompkins Learning Partners as a tutor at Camp McCormick.  I had been a long-time volunteer with the Tompkins County United Way, Brooktondale Community Center and the Service League of Ithaca.
